RKR Marketing & Advertising is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Watson as Director of Business Development.  Prior to joining RKR, Mr. Watson served as the Operations / Station Manager for Temecula-based KATY – FM since 2004.  Mr. Watson has over 25 years experience in business development and advertising.
